The load-bearing structures of the play equipment are constructed using 10x10 cm pine timber, which has been pressure-treated (impregnated) to enhance its resistance to decay, fungal growth, and outdoor environmental conditions; the surface durability is further maximized through the application of a water-based protective varnish. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheets—chosen for their superior resistance to wear and impact—are used for slide panels, while galvanized components are employed in mechanical joints to prevent breakage. Waterproof fabrics are utilized for any textile elements incorporated into the play structures. All materials used are fully compliant with the EN71-3 standards for child health and safety. In line with ergonomic and safety principles, all edges are rounded (radiused) to eliminate sharp lines; furthermore, fasteners and screws are concealed using specialized covering systems, ensuring a safe design language throughout.

The J9004 compact play unit—featuring a main tower with a wooden roof, a climbing ladder with secure steps, a high-durability slide, and a dual-swing module equipped with extra-protective seats for younger children—offers a rich activity space. The design, which incorporates climbing, sliding, and swinging, actively supports the development of children's gross motor skills, balance, and spatial coordination.
