We make four groups of products: outdoor timber playgrounds and park equipment, indoor soft-play systems and ball pools, nursery and kindergarten furniture, and early-years motor-skill equipment. There are 613 models in the catalogue.
Everything is made at our plant in Serik. We impregnate the timber on our own line, cut slides and boards from HDPE sheet, fabricate soft-play frames in the welding shop, and build the nursery furniture in the joinery. Painting and varnishing are done in-house too.
The company was founded in 1989. Today we are a team of 70 with 10,000 m² of production and storage. Alongside the catalogue models, our architects and CNC lines let us design and build playgrounds to a specific site.
Materials
Load-bearing structures use 5×10 pine, dip-impregnated for protection. Slides and boards — the parts that take the wear — are cut from 8 mm high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Joints are made with galvanised fixings, and fabric details use waterproof cloth. Soft-play frames are 25×25 mm steel profile, covered in sponge and PE foam, then sheathed in PVC.
Safety
Surfaces are sealed with a water-based varnish that contains no volatile organic compounds or toxic substances and lets the timber breathe. The materials we use meet EN 71-3. Every edge is radiused so there are no sharp lines, and screw heads are covered with concealment fittings.
